These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the TFM Global (The Fat Money) application, which facilitates loan services as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) on behalf of regulated Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). By proceeding to use this app and submitting your mobile number for verification, you agree to the following terms:
1. CONSENT AND COMMUNICATION
You consent to be contacted via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or app notification by TFM Global (The Fat Money) or its partner NBFCs (ABC NBFC) for the purposes of loan processing, promotional communication, and updates.
You agree that your mobile number and email ID may be used for verification, account creation, and service-related communication.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
You agree to provide accurate personal and financial details as required during the loan application process.
Your information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable regulatory guidelines including the RBI Digital Lending Directions.
The data may be shared with NBFCs, Credit Bureaus, and authorized third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of processing your loan application.
3. CIBIL AND CREDIT REPORT AUTHORIZATION
By continuing, you authorize TFM Global (Fat Money) to obtain your credit report from a Credit Information Company (CIC) on behalf of its lending partners.
This consent remains valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of submission or until withdrawn by you in writing.
4. ACCOUNT AGGREGATOR AND BANK STATEMENT ACCESS
You may be required to provide bank statements either through Account Aggregator platforms or manual upload. You authorize TFM Global and its partners to access this data for loan underwriting purposes, subject to your explicit consent.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF LOAN SANCTION
Filling out an application or submitting documents does not guarantee loan sanction. Final approval is at the sole discretion of the lending NBFC based on their internal credit and risk evaluation policies.
6. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your personal data will be protected in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and RBI guidelines.
We do not share your data with unaffiliated third parties without your consent.
7. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
You may raise any queries or grievances by contacting the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) of the NBFC lending partner. The GRO details will be made available within the app.
We will strive to respond to all complaints within 7 days.
8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
TFM Global (The Fat Money) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.
